Prab (Pallavi) Dhot
Founder, Registered Social Worker
I’m a Registered Social Worker with the British Columbia College of Social Workers. I have a background in early childhood education. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Nicola Valley Institute of Technology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. Professionally, I have experience working across non-profit organizations, youth programming, forensic services, healthcare, and private counselling.

Over the years, I’ve had the honour of sitting with people in some of their most vulnerable and tender moments where words are heavy or hard to find. I’ve witnessed how powerful it can be to simply tell your story. To be heard. To be seen. To not be rushed through your pain. So, whether you’re just beginning or continuing your healing journey, l am honoured you’re here.
Modalities
I provide holistic therapy that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My work blends trauma-informed and client-centred modalities to create a safe and inclusive space to support you through the ebbs and flows of life. I focus on the unique needs of each client and integrate a variety of theoretical modalities, including Narrative therapy, Somatic therapy, and DBT, tailoring my approach to what best supports your healing and growth.
